Our food menu has undergone exciting enhancements that will be delivered with the same on-point service we’ve become known for. Executive Chef Chris Bisaro presents modern Canadian cuisine with subtle French, Italian and Asian influences and locally sourced ingredients.

This fresh approach means guests can enjoy new seasonal features on an ongoing basis. A three-course Table d’Hote menu also gives dinners the opportunity to pair together several favourites for a great price point, as does the Sides & Snacks list.
